Chef Vaibhav Bhargava has been an instrumental figure in bringing Pan-Asian fare to India. He has curated menus for restaurants like Vietnom, KikoBa, and Cho. His menu ‘Tao Bao’ is an amalgamation of multiple cultures and regions in South East Asia. Fishpond supported the project with branding, visual identity, packaging, and go-to-market collateral.
